How much does it cost to make a return?
It costs 69 SEK/7 euros to make a return. When registering your return, you can choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, you will not have to pay any return fee.

How do I exchange for a different product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges (such as a different colour or model), only size exchanges and standard returns.
