How do I make a return with Instabox/Budbee?Updated a month ago

Returns within Sweden (PostNord)
All packages shipped with Instabox and Budbee are returned with PostNord. Follow the steps below to register your return:

1. Register your return in our return portal.

2. A QR code from PostNord will be automatically sent to your phone number and/or the PostNord app if you have it downloaded.

3. Pack your package carefully to ensure the item is well protected during transport. Also, make sure the original shipping label is crossed out.

4. Drop off your package at a PostNord service point.

Returns outside Sweden (UPS)
If you are outside Sweden, your package will be returned with UPS:

1. Register your return in our return portal.

2. Pack your package carefully to ensure the item is well protected during transport. Also, make sure the original shipping label is crossed out.

3. Attach the included UPS return label.

4. Drop off your package at a UPS service point.
