You register your return HERE.

Once you have registered the return in our portal, a QR code will automatically be sent to you via SMS or to the PostNord app if you have it downloaded. Simply show the QR code at a PostNord service point, and they will print a return label for you to attach to the package. 

Please make sure to cover the old label, otherwise the package may be misrouted.
