You start by registering your return in the return portal. You can find the return portal HERE.

Once your return has been registered, you will receive further information on how to send it back. Depending on the selected shipping method, you will receive either a return label, a QR code, or instructions on how to drop off the package in a parcel locker.

Once the package has been delivered and processed at our warehouse, your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order (unless you chose store credit during registration).

(Please note that processing at the warehouse takes up to 10 business days, from the time your return arrives. After that, the refund will be issued, and it may take an additional bank day before the amount appears in your account.)

Please make sure to cover the old label, otherwise the package may be misrouted.
