You start by registering your return in the return portal. You can find the return portal HERE.
Once the registration is complete, you will receive more information along with a shipping label or QR code sent to your email. The QR code usually also appears in the PostNord app under “Sending.”
Once the package has been delivered and processed at our warehouse, your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order (unless you chose a gift card during registration).
(Please note that processing at the warehouse takes up to 10 business days, from the time your return arrives. After that, the refund will be issued, and it may take an additional bank day before the amount appears in your account.)
Please make sure to cover the old label, otherwise the package may be misrouted.
