Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges (such as a different colour or model), only size exchanges and standard returns. If you want to avoid the return fee, you can choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card when registering your return. You can then use the gift card to order the product you want. This way, it’s almost like an exchange but with the flexibility to place a new order yourself. If the new product is priced higher than your original purchase, you can easily pay the difference at checkout using your preferred payment method.

Please note that the gift card will be issued once your return has been delivered to our return warehouse and has been processed and approved.
