In our return portal, you can choose to exchange your returned product for another product. You can choose any product, color or variant, as long as the item is in stock.

How to do it:
Start by registering your return in the return portal. Select the product you would like to return and choose the "product exchange" option. You can then select the product you would like to exchange it for.

Exchange for a more expensive product
If you choose to exchange for a more expensive product, you will pay the price difference. You will already be able to see the amount that needs to be paid in the return portal.
When exchanging for a more expensive product, the price difference is calculated based on the products' original prices.

Once you have dropped off your return package at the service point, a payment link for the price difference will be sent to your email. Your new product will be shipped as soon as the payment has been completed.

Exchange for a cheaper product
If you instead choose to exchange for a cheaper product, the price difference will be refunded to you. In the return portal, you can choose how you would like to receive the refund. The refund will be processed after your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
When exchanging for a cheaper product, the refund is based on the price you actually paid for the product.

Your new product will be shipped as soon as you have dropped off your return at the service point.

Exchange for a product at the same price
If the product you would like to exchange for has the same price, you will neither need to pay nor receive any price difference.
