Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges (e.g., for a different color or model), only size exchanges and standard returns.

If you want to avoid the return fee, you can choose to receive your refund in the form of a gift card when registering your return. You can then use the gift card to order the product you want. This way, it works almost like a product exchange, but with the flexibility to place a new order yourself. If the new product is more expensive than your original order, you can easily pay the difference at checkout using any payment method.

Please note that the gift card is only sent out once your return has been delivered to our returns warehouse and has been processed and approved.
