How do I exchange for a different product?Updated 6 hours ago

In our return portal, you can choose to exchange your returned product for another item in our store. You can choose any product, color or variant, as long as the item is in stock.
If you choose to exchange for another product, you will receive free return shipping and an extra 10% to shop for.

How to do it:
Start by registering your return in the return portal. Once you are in the return portal, select the option “Shop”. You will then be redirected to our website, where you can choose the product you would like to exchange for. 
You can see your available balance in the bottom left corner.

Once you have added the desired product to your cart, click “Complete exchange” in the bottom right corner. You will then be redirected back to the return portal to complete your registration.

If the new product costs more than the product you are returning, you will receive an payment link by email. The price difference must be paid before we can continue handling your return and send out the new product.

If the new product costs less than your available balance, the remaining amount can be used according to the terms shown in the return portal.
