How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package. You can also track your order through the PostNord, Instabox, or Budbee apps.
Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
It is possible to make a change to your order as long as the order has not yet been packed. If your order has not been distributed, you can contact us at [email protected] and we can cancel/change your order.Please mark your email with "Cancel/Change O
I entered incorrect shipping or information or name in my order, what should I do?
Please email us at [email protected] as soon as you realize this, and hopefully, we can correct the details before your order is packed. Please mark your email with "Change Delivery Information" or something similar so we can identify it more easily.
What happens if I don't pick up my package on time from the pickup point?
If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be automatically returned to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 100 SEK/10 Euro.
I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?
The order confirmation is usually sent within an hour after the order is placed, but it may sometimes end up in your spam folder. If it hasn't appeared, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Why is my exchange shipped with a different carrier?
When you choose to make a size exchange, your new order may sometimes be shipped with a different carrier. This applies even if you selected PostNord, Budbee, or Instabox for the original order.
My order has not been shipped yet. When will it be shipped?
Orders placed on a business day before 1:00 PM are normally shipped the same day. This applies to orders shipped with PostNord and UPS. For deliveries with Budbee or Instabox, the order needs to be placed before 11:00 AM to be shipped the same day. T
