How do I track my order?

If your order was shipped with PostNord, you can track it on PostNord's website or through their app. If your order was shipped with UPS, you can follow the tracking link in the email you received once your order left our warehouse.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

It is possible to make a change to your order as long as the order has not yet been packed. If your order has not been distributed, you can contact us at [email protected] and we can cancel/change your order.

I accidentally entered incorrect information in my order, what should I do?

Please email us at [email protected] as soon as you realize this, and hopefully, we can correct the details before your order is packed.

What happens if I don't pick up my package on time from the pickup point?

If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be automatically returned to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 100 SEK/10 Euro.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?

The order confirmation is usually sent within an hour after the order is placed, but it may sometimes end up in your spam folder. If it hasn't appeared, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Why is my package shipped with UPS?

When you make a size exchange, your new order will be automatically shipped with UPS, even if you selected Budbee or Instabox for your original delivery.
