I haven’t received an email with my birthday gift, why is that?

If your birthday is within 30 days of the date you registered your birthdate, there may unfortunately be a delay. Hang in there, your much-anticipated gift is on its way, but it may take up to 30 days.

I have received an email saying that I am about to lose my membership level. Why?

Your membership level is based on what you spend annually (last 12 months). So, if you traded for less than the minimum level limit, you will get a reminder that it's time to shop if you want to keep your level. No matter how you do it, you will of c

How do I invite a friend?

Easy. Create an account, or log in, and share your personal code with your friends. They get 20% on their order over SEK 1000, a discount on their first order and you get SEK 165 (in points) thirty days after they shop with us. We will send you an em

I have sent invitations to my friends but the code doesn't work when they try to shop. Why?

The code only works for new customers, i.e. people who have not previously placed an order with us. Also remember that your friends must shop for at least SEK 700 to be able to use the code.
