Why have I received a gift card as a refund?Updated 2 months ago

The reason a gift card was issued is that a refund to a gift card was selected in our return portal when you registered your return. 
We understand that this may have happened by mistake, and if you prefer a regular refund instead, please contact customer service at [email protected] and we will assist you in reviewing the possibility of correcting it.
