If the product you want to exchange for costs more than the product you are returning, the price difference must be paid before we can send out your new product.

When you register your product exchange in the return portal, you will be able to see the remaining amount to be paid. Once you have dropped off your return package at the service point, you will receive a payment link by email. Your new product will be shipped as soon as the payment has been completed.
