Each claim is handled and assessed manually, which means it may take between 14 and 30 days before a decision is made. In the case of an approved claim, Relode covers the return shipping. Once the decision is made, the claim is processed based on the agreement to ensure that you, as a customer, are as satisfied as possible.
In cases where a claim is denied, and you wish to have the item returned, you need to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If you wish to have the item sent back, it will be returned at a fee of 100 SEK/10EUR to cover shipping and other administrative costs incurred.
