First You need to register your size exchange HERE. 

Return labels:

If you used Postnord as your carrier:
Once you have registered the size exchange in our portal, a QR code will be automatically sent via SMS or to the PostNord app if you have it downloaded. You will then show the QR code at a PostNord agent who will print a return label for you to place on the package.

Once the package has been delivered and processed at our warehouse, your new order will be sent automatically. In other words, you do not need to place a new order yourself.

If you used UPS as your carrier:
Use the return label that was provided with your order, and return it to your closet UPS drop-off point. if you're missing one, please contact [email protected] and we will happily provide you with a new one.
