If the products are from the same order number, it is fine to register them separately and send them back in the same package.

You need to register your return in the return portal twice. 
First, register the product you want to exchange for another size. 
Then make a new registration for the product you want to return.

Once both are registered, you will receive two different case IDs. Write both IDs on a note and include it in the return package so our warehouse knows there are two registrations when the return arrives. 

You will also receive two return labels in your email, but only use one of them. You can ignore the other one.
